Post-party cleaning in New Orleans is a different job from regular upkeep. A party leaves a pattern: the kitchen and the bathrooms get hit hardest, the floors are sticky from the front door to the back, and there are cups in rooms nobody was supposed to be in. We clean the inside of the house back to normal so you don’t lose your whole next day to it.

What we do after a party
Kitchen first
Counters and backsplash degreased, sink and stovetop scrubbed, outside of the fridge and appliances wiped, and the spills on cabinet fronts and handles cleaned off.
Every bathroom
Toilets, sinks, tubs and showers, mirrors, and the floor around the toilet that every party leaves behind.
Floors, room by room
Sticky spots mopped out, not just spread around. Vacuumed under the furniture people moved. Heart-pine and older wood floors get a wrung-out mop, never soaked.
Trash and the stray cups
Bags tied and carried out to your bins, cups and plates collected from every room, surfaces wiped where drinks sat.
The parties we clean up after
Mardi Gras is the big one. Fat Tuesday 2027 is February 9, with Endymion on Saturday, February 6. Houses near the St. Charles, Napoleon and Orleans Avenue routes host for days, and Ash Wednesday, February 10, fills our calendar fast. After that: Saints home games, Jazz Fest weekends, Halloween in the Marigny, graduation parties, birthdays, baby showers, second-line after-parties, and the backyard crawfish boil that ended up in the kitchen.
If you know the date, book the cleanup when you plan the party. The day after Mardi Gras and the day after a home game fill first.
Planning a party? Do this now
- Book the cleanup when you set the party date. The morning after Fat Tuesday or a Saints home game goes first.
- Set out extra trash bags and a bin by the back door. It saves your floors.
- Put a mat at each door during parade season. Bead dust and street grime track in fast.
- Pick “heavy” on the price page if the house really took a hit. It gets the crew the time it needs.
- Leave entry instructions if you’ll be sleeping in. We’ll be quiet.

Get your post-party cleaning price
Enter your name, number and email. You’ll go to the price page with it filled in. Pick “heavy” honestly if the house really took a hit; it keeps the price right and gives the crew the time it needs.
You see the flat price before you pay anything. A $50 deposit holds your date and comes off the total; the balance goes on your card the morning of the clean.

Same flat prices as any clean, with no rush fee and no party fee. These are straight from our price engine for a home in normal condition. A house after a big party is often a step above normal, and the price page adjusts for condition before you pay. The minimum visit is $180.

Post-party cleaning questions
Can you clean the day after a party?
Yes, on any open day. Online booking opens from tomorrow, so you can book the morning after right now. For a same-day cleanup, call (504) 315-8112 and we will check if a crew is free.
How much does post-party cleaning cost in New Orleans?
It is our regular flat price with no party fee: about $210 for 1,200 sq ft with 1 bath, $309 for 1,800 sq ft with 2 baths and $452.50 for 2,500 sq ft with 3 baths for a standard clean in normal condition. Heavier messes price a bit higher, and the price page shows that before you pay.
Do you clean up after Mardi Gras?
Yes. Houses near the parade routes are some of our busiest cleanups of the year. Book early, because the days after Fat Tuesday fill fast.
Do you take out the trash?
Yes. We bag it and carry it out to your bins, and collect cups and plates from every room.
Do you clean the yard or the street?
No. We clean the inside of the house. Yard, street and pressure washing are not something we do.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave entry instructions in your booking notes and we will text when the crew arrives and leaves.
