One-time house cleaning in New Orleans is most of what we do for new customers. Someone has guests coming, or they just finished a long job, or they want to see how we clean before deciding anything else. It’s a single visit at one flat price, with no membership and no contract.
Pick the kind of one-time clean
Standard clean
The whole house, top to bottom on the surfaces you live with: kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and outside of appliances; bathrooms scrubbed; reachable dusting; floors vacuumed and mopped; trash out.
Deep clean
Everything in a standard clean, plus the build-up: baseboards, door frames, crown molding and fans we can reach safely, grout scrubbed, cabinet fronts, light switches. Best if it’s been a few months.
Move-in / move-out
An empty home, inside everything: cabinets, drawers, closets, inside the fridge and oven. It’s what a landlord checks before returning a deposit.
Not sure which? Pick standard if the house gets a regular wipe-down and just needs a real clean. Pick deep if you can write your name in the dust on the baseboards.

What a one-time clean costs
These are straight from our price engine for a home in normal condition. The minimum visit is $180. Pets, heavy build-up and add-ons (inside the oven or fridge, interior windows) change it, and you see that before you pay.

If you like it, a plan costs less, but you don’t have to
After a one-time clean some people want it to stay that way. A plan takes 20% off every visit weekly, 12% every two weeks, or 5% monthly. That’s an option for later, never a condition of booking. One clean is a complete booking on its own.
How booking works
- Get the price. The form at the top takes you to the price page.
- Pick your day and arrival time. Any open day from tomorrow on. For today, call us.
- Hold it with $50. The deposit comes off the total. The balance goes on your card the morning of the clean.
- We text when we arrive and when we leave. You don’t need to be home. Leave entry instructions in the notes.
Before the crew arrives
- Pick up clothes, toys and papers so we spend the time cleaning, not tidying.
- Run the dishwasher and empty the sink first, so the crew can scrub the sink itself.
- Put away valuables and medications.
- Leave entry instructions and where to park in your booking notes.
- Tell us about any surface that needs special care, like marble, old pine or unsealed stone.

One-time cleaning questions
Do I have to sign up for a plan to get a one-time cleaning?
No. A one-time clean is a complete booking by itself. There is no membership and nothing renews. If you want regular visits later, plans take 5% to 20% off, but that is your choice.
How much is a one-time house cleaning in New Orleans?
A standard one-time clean is about $210 for 1,200 sq ft with 1 bath, $309 for 1,800 sq ft with 2 baths and $452.50 for 2,500 sq ft with 3 baths. A deep clean is about $294, $432 and $617.50 for the same homes. The minimum visit is $180.
What is the difference between a standard and a deep one-time clean?
A standard clean covers the surfaces you live with. A deep clean adds the build-up: baseboards, door frames, molding and fans we can reach safely, grout, cabinet fronts and switches. Choose deep if it has been a few months.
How soon can I book?

Do I need to be home?
No. Leave a door code, lockbox or other entry instructions in your booking notes. We text when the crew arrives and when they leave.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before your clean. Inside 48 hours a $50 late fee applies to skips and cancellations, because that slot was held for you.
