House Cleaning in Metairie & New Orleans, handled for you.

Book in about a minute and your date is confirmed on the spot. After the first clean it becomes a membership if you want one — the same crew, the same slot, at a discount off what you just paid. Skip the kitchen this week, add the oven next week, push the whole visit to Thursday: you do all of it yourself from your portal. You never have to call — and if you would rather talk it through, we pick up.

Your date is confirmed the moment you book. We take a limited number of homes a day, so the slot is genuinely yours.

Why people switch to us

Why Metairie and New Orleans
homeowners switch to us.

Almost everyone who calls us has been burned once already. A quote that grew after someone walked the house. A crew that never showed. A different stranger at the door every other week. Here is how each of those goes with us instead.

The price you see is the price you pay

No low number over the phone that grows once we are standing in your kitchen. If the house is 2,400 square feet, the calculator charges for 2,400 square feet — before you book, not after.

No walkthrough, no sales visit

Most companies want to come look at your house first. That is a sales appointment with a mop attached. Price it yourself at eleven at night if that is the only free minute you have.

The same crew, every visit

Your house keeps its assignment. Nobody has to re-learn that the heart pine in the front room cannot take a wet mop, or which door the cat gets shut out of.

You do not have to be home

Gate code, lockbox, key under the pot on the back steps — whatever works. You get a text when we are on the way and another when we lock up behind us.

Licensed, insured and bonded

If a countertop chips or a vase goes over, there is a real claim to file instead of an apology. Everyone who comes to your door is on our payroll and background-checked.

We clean New Orleans houses, not generic ones

Plaster walls in the Bywater do not get treated like a Lakeview slab rebuild. Mildew in the bathroom ceiling and along the window tracks is a standing line item here, not a surprise we charge extra for.

What’s included

What your house cleaning
includes, room by room.

Every standard and deep clean covers all of this. No line item is held back to be sold to you at the door.

Kitchen

  • Counters and backsplash degreased
  • Outside of every appliance
  • Sink and faucet descaled
  • Cabinet fronts and handles
  • Microwave inside and out
  • Floor mopped, edges done by hand

Bathrooms

  • Tub and shower scrubbed
  • Grout lines and glass doors
  • Toilet, base and behind it
  • Mirrors left streak-free
  • Vanity, fixtures and handles
  • Ceiling checked for mildew

Bedrooms & living

  • Dusted top down — fans, sills, blinds
  • Baseboards and door frames
  • Beds made, or linens changed
  • Mirrors and glass
  • Vacuumed, then mopped
  • Under the furniture we can move

Everywhere else

  • Light switches and door handles
  • Cobwebs in corners and transoms
  • Window tracks cleared
  • Trash out, liners replaced
  • Entry and porch swept
  • Floors done last, so nothing walks back over them
Not included unless you add it: inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets, laundry, windows, and blinds. All six live on the add-on step of the calculator with the price showing before you pick them — February through April, when the pollen comes off the oaks, the window add-on is the one most Northshore houses want.

How it works

How to book a cleaning
in three steps, none of them a call.

Price it yourself

Six taps in the estimator above. Square footage, bathrooms, condition, extras — all of it priced in front of you. Nothing gets held back for a follow-up quote.

Your date is confirmed

Pick a day and an arrival window and it is yours right then — not pending, not waiting on somebody to get back to you. The $50 that holds it comes straight off your total.

Then it runs itself

Your crew texts on the way and again when the house is done, and the balance is charged after, never before. From there your portal takes over — set a rhythm, move a week, or stop entirely. And if you would rather just call us about any of it, that line is always open.

The Standing Clean

A cleaning membership
that runs itself.

Start with a single clean. If it goes the way it should, turn it into The Standing Clean right there in your portal — the same crew, the same slot, at a discount off the price you just paid. From then on the house is handled: the visits schedule themselves, you adjust anything you want from your phone, and the only time you think about cleaning is when you walk in and it is already done.

The Standing Clean

Your day · Your crew · Handled

Every week20% off Every two weeks12% off Once a month5% off

Taken off the price you paid for your first clean, starting with the second visit. Whatever your first clean came to, that is the number the discount comes off — and it stays your rate for as long as you keep the membership.

Start With One Clean

Every standing clean starts as a single one. If it goes the way it should, set your rhythm in the portal afterwards. If it does not, nothing happens and you owe nothing else.

  • Change what gets done, one visit at a time. Kitchen already spotless this week? Untick it. Want the oven done next Thursday? Tick it. Your price updates on the screen before the crew ever leaves, and the next visit goes back to normal on its own.
  • The same crew, the same slot, every visit. They learn your house once — which floors stay dry, where the dog is — and after that you stop leaving notes on the counter.
  • Your day is held before we open it to anyone else. Standing clients go on the calendar first. That is the point of keeping the schedule small.
  • Move it, skip it, or end it yourself. Going out of town for two weeks? Skip them both. No contract, no minimum, and no phone call to get out of it.
  • Photograph anything you want handled. The stain on the runner, the shelf that keeps getting missed. It lands on the crew’s job sheet before they park.
  • Card on file, charged after each clean. Never before, and never for a visit you skipped.

How it runs

Six things you never
have to call about.

Your portal arrives as a private link when the first clean is done. No account to make and no password to remember.

01 — Set it

Pick your rhythm

Every week, every other week, or once a month. One tap after your first clean and the discount applies from the very next visit. Nothing to sign and no minimum number of cleans.

02 — Move it

Change the date

In-laws staying over, floors getting refinished, a Thursday that stopped working. Drag the visit to another day yourself, at any hour, and your crew is told automatically.

03 — Adjust it

Change what gets done

This is the one people use most. Untick the kitchen because you already did it, tick the oven because Thanksgiving is coming. The price recalculates in front of you, and the visit after that goes back to your normal clean without you doing anything.

04 — Show it

Send a photo, not a list

Snap the thing you want handled and add a line about it. It goes onto the crew’s job sheet before they park, so you stop explaining the same shelf every month.

05 — Pause it

Skip a week without losing your slot

Travelling, renovating, or just do not need it this time. Skip the visit and you are not charged for it — your standing day stays reserved for the next one.

06 — Stop it

Cancel in two taps

End the membership from the same screen you started it on. No cancellation call, no retention pitch, and nothing owed beyond the cleans you have already had.

Card on file, charged after each clean — never before Free changes up to 24 hours out No contract, no minimum

How we’re different

A cleaning service

Same work, done by real people you will recognize. What changed is everything around the work — the part that usually costs you three phone calls.

Who shows up

The Metairie cleaning team
you can hand a key to.

The next question is always who is walking into your house. We run a small crew out of Metairie across Jefferson, Orleans and St. Tammany — deliberately small, so we take a limited number of homes a day and the same people stay on your house. Nobody is rushing to fit in one more job before dark.

“We started this because we kept hearing the same two complaints about everybody else — the price changed after they showed up, and it was a different person at the door every time. So we built the pricing so it cannot move once you book, and we keep the same crew on your house. If either one of those ever slips, call my cell and I will come fix it myself.”

Questions

House cleaning questions,
answered before you ask.

It comes down to square footage, how many bathrooms, the condition of the house, and which type of clean you pick. A 1,800 square-foot standard clean runs about $264; the same house as a deep clean is around $366, and as a move-out it is closer to $458. The minimum for any job is $150. Run the calculator above and you get your own number in about a minute — and that number is a flat rate, not a starting point.

A standard clean covers the surfaces you use every day — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting. A deep clean adds everything that builds up slowly: baseboards, door frames, vents, grout, ceiling fans, and behind and underneath the furniture we can move. If nobody has done a thorough clean in about six months, book the deep first and run standard after that.

No, and most of our clients are not. Leave a gate code, a lockbox, or a key and note it when you book. You get a text when the crew is on the way and another when they lock up. If you would rather be there for the first visit and hand it off after, that works too.

Yes. The moment your booking is confirmed, that slot comes off our calendar and nobody can book over it. We take a limited number of homes a day on purpose, so we are not overselling the schedule and then calling people to move them.

Your first clean is a normal one-time booking at the price the calculator gives you. When it is done you get a private portal link, and in there you can turn it into The Standing Clean: weekly takes 20 percent off that price, every other week takes 12 percent, monthly takes 5 percent. The discount starts with your second visit and stays your rate for as long as you keep the membership. Same crew, same slot, no contract, and no minimum number of cleans.

Yes, all of it, from your portal at any hour. Move a date, skip a week without being charged, or end the membership entirely. You can also change what actually gets done on a single visit — untick the kitchen if you already cleaned it, tick the oven if you want it done this time — and the price adjusts on screen before the crew arrives. The visit after that goes back to your normal clean automatically. Free up to 24 hours before your window, and nobody calls to talk you out of anything.

Most weeks we can get a standard clean on the calendar within two to four days, and same-week deep cleans open up regularly. Move-outs are the ones to book early — end of month fills first. We work Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm, and confirm your window by text within one business hour.

Yes. We bring professional supplies and equipment to every visit. If you prefer eco-friendly products, or you keep something specific for your floors, say so when you book and we will use yours instead. Old heart pine and unsealed plaster get handled dry either way.

Licensed, insured and bonded. Everyone who comes to your door is on our payroll and background-checked before their first job, so if something gets damaged there is a real claim to file rather than a shrug.

Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it — no argument and no second charge. That is what the balance-after-the-clean policy is for: the $50 deposit holds your date, and you see the work before you pay the rest of it.

Regularly. Turnovers include linens, restock and a photo set when the unit is guest-ready. Mid-City, Faubourg St. John and the Marigny get tight around Jazz Fest and Mardi Gras, so hosts in those areas should lock in dates well ahead.

Book it once.
Then stop thinking about it.

About a minute to book, a confirmed date at the end of it, and a portal that handles everything after.
