- HVAC supply and return grilles — if the system ran during construction, the grilles loaded up. So did the filter, which you should change.

Metairie renovations, specifically
A lot of what we clean in Metairie is post-flood and post-storm work that never fully stopped after 2017 — raised ground floors, replaced kitchens, rebuilt bathrooms, new drywall to the four-foot line. That kind of job is partial: half the house is untouched and lived in, the other half is a construction site.

Timing it right
Book the final pass to land the day before your walkthrough or your first showing. Not three days before — dust from the trades still finishing up will undo it.

What we do not do
- Debris haul-off or dumpster work beyond what fits in our vehicles.
- Anything requiring a lift, scaffold or a ladder past a six-foot A-frame.
- Floor refinishing, waxing or sealing. We clean the new finish; we do not apply one.

Working around Jefferson Parish inspections
Most Metairie jobs we clean are not new builds — they are renovations that have to pass a parish inspection before anyone moves back in, and the inspector does not care how clean it is.
What that means practically: do not book the final pass until your inspection is scheduled. Do you handle paint specks and adhesive on floors and glass?
